No! The fabric folds neatly with the accordion frame. When you arrive at your next event, just pull it open and it pops out ready to display.
End caps are 13.5-inch fabric panels that wrap around the left and right sides of the accordion lattice, hiding the aluminum scissor mechanism from side view.
