Quotes

Prices shown or discussed before a written quote are estimates only. A quote is confirmed once we have reviewed your artwork, size, quantity and deadline and sent you the final price in writing.

Artwork and proofs

• You confirm you have the right to print any artwork, logos or images you send us.
• We check every file before production and send a proof when changes are needed.
• Production starts after you approve the proof. Please check spelling and details carefully.

Turnaround and delivery

Lead times start once artwork is approved. We confirm the delivery or pickup date with your quote and will tell you straight away if anything puts that date at risk.

Reprints

If an order does not match the approved proof because of a production error on our side, we will reprint it. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
